        Just been there earlier today. Once I selected what I wanted and was on the way to the check out, I was asked by one of the staff if I wanted to do a self check out. I agreed. Self check out in the store is through your own phone and once I scanned all items and put my card details the page didn't load and I was told by a staff member to go to a normal check out where I paid for the same items. I just got home and checked with my bank -- I have two payments of 44 odd pounds pending on my account -- I was charged twice. Disappointing. I love their stuff and will continue shopping with them, but will avoid that particular store and will definitely never agree to self check out again.
