Bupa Dental Care Soho

I was referred to Bupa as I had been constantly having pain in my wisdom teeth, the doctor I was assigned to Claire was very thorough in her assessment and explanation of what needed to be done and made sure I got the right treatment every time I went back for a follow up visit. Needless to say, My teeth are as good as new!!Excited to be going back soon to get my teeth cleaned and would most definitely be asking to be seen by Claire. Thank you for doing a good job and well done to the front desk staff for being very polite and respectful.

I highly recommend this dental practice, this is the best I have been to so far. The receptionists (kudos to the lovely Becky) are all extremely friendly and welcoming. My dentist Claire Adio is very nice, she makes her patients feel comfortable, she is gentle and she always explain clearly the procedure as she goes along. Her assistants/nurses are all very good as well, I am never nervous when I go there. Besides it is very easy to get a quick appointment that suits my schedule

Do not go here. And run if they assign you to Claire Adios. I was randomly assigned to Claire when i signed up with bupa. On my first visit I came in for a checkup and she informed me i had a small chip in my back tooth and should get it fixed. (I have not experienced any discomfort) Fast forward 6mths to my routine hygiene visit (still feeling great) and she pushed me for the filling again. I asked are there any noninvasive methods since it was small and her immediate response was no, i would have mentioned it already if there were. A week after she fixed my teeth, i started experiencing sensitivity in the area. The sensitivity worsened and I went to another dentist for a second opinion and turns out she caused an infection in the gums. The infection then spread to the tooth and caused the death of the nerve. The whole ordeal cost over 2500 including finding a specialist, root canal and a crown.
