        You will be lucky if they ever answer the phone and deal with your problem. The receptionist lies everyday and says he will call you back but never does.

        I have tried to book a review appointment 3 times this morning with nobody answering the phone, opening times on the website is confusing I was told someone will be there to take you call during weekday work hours despite what stated on the website 0/10
