Superb team and remarkable service. Let me explain my experience: 1: I am generally a very shy person by nature and a very nervous patient, so you can imagine what I was going through when I went for my first visit. The team made me feel welcome, and throughout my time at the surgery, I was greeted with nothing but smiles and courtesy. Even on my third visit recently, they extended the same courtesy, warmth and respect. 2: I have a keen eye for observation, and what I observed here was that the team is really efficient, and everyone knows precisely what to do at any given time. They thoroughly examined my teeth and explained my dental treatment to me most clearly, including costs and treatment duration. I had a few questions of my own which I had prepared before my visit, and I was really satisfied with their responses. 3: Every time I ring or email, I get a prompt reply, like, really prompt. 4: Overall the best experience I have ever had with a dentist, and I've had some traumatic and unpleasant experiences in the past, but I am so glad to get recommended to Fitzroy by my work colleague. 5: Location is about 5 minutes away from Great Portland Street, Goodge Street and Warren Street stations. In other words, a really convenient location! 6: Overall a well-oiled, professional and specialised general dentists who work as a team to deliver the best treatment and the icing on the cake: their prices are one of the best/affordable out there! I mean, I have dental insurance (which they cover) but still I was ravished to see their prices are so competitive. I got my teeth sorted, I got my confidence back, I got my smile back, thanks a lot Fitzroy!

I've specifically booked appointments at this clinic as I wanted to have my amalgam fillings removed and I'm so pleased I'm patient with Dr. Albert Gora. He has been amazing from the start, very attentive and also takes time to explain the procedure. I feel well looked after and his nurses are great too. I've had couple complex jobs done on my teeth and honestly, he has done a great job! Thank you!

I found my dentistry in London! At first I came here with my 2-year-old child and I liked it so much that later I did a preventive examination and cleaning for myself there. I visited Fitzroy Dental Practice for a hygiene appointment. Certainly, Sue is one of the most professional and considerate hygienists, I have ever met. She was so gentle while performing the practice at excellence. She went above and beyond for my case. The support team was outstanding too. I am pleased that I finally found a practice that not only I can trust their works but also surpass my expectations.

I had a lovely experience with Sue, my clinician. As a nervous person who has had extremely bad experiences with previous dentists, I was honestly not expecting such a high level of service. Sue was professional, kind and gentle when guiding me through my dental plan. She took time and care to discuss my treatment with me .I am so pleased with such high quality service. I will be recommending Fitzroy to my sister , as it is rare to find such a gem of a practice.
