I had an appointment as a model with Dr Hena supervising the work of a practitioner not in entry level, with already 3 month training for fillers and botox. The results were really good, Dr Hena was monitoring all the steps and ensuring everything was well done. If I'm not putting 5 stars is because the first experience I had was not that good as the practitioner was in entry level, the lips ended asymmetrical and was not a pleasant process. However, my last appointment was worth it!

DISASTER!!! I regret every single day going to this clinic. I went to Dr Haq a few weeks ago for Masseter botox to achieve a slimmer face, he suggested My face is already slim enough and suggested I should get dermal fillers on my jawline, cheek and chin. I told him I'm against jAwline fillers since it will give me more of a masculine face shape from the front, he convinced me no and told me he will do this to lift both sides of my face which will give me the V shape I want. So I allowed him to go ahead and do it AND GUESS WHAT, he put different amounts of filler on each side, my right jaw looks different to my left jaw and he also injected the filler like a massive bump on the right side my chin which looks so uneven it looks like someone punched me. It's been weeks it still looks like that. He also suggested he should inject the left over filler into my acne scars as it will give me w smoother appearance, I HAVE NEVER HEARD A DOCTOR OR AESTHETICIAN SUGGEST INJECTING DERMAL FILLERS INTO ACNE SCARS, however I thought i could trust him I said yes. Now that has made my acne scars worse and he gave me permanent bumps as well as permanent bruising. They basically ruined my face and on top of all that they charged me 800 in total. Becareful they are good at tricking you when it's time to pay, When we had the consultation he said 350 for 2 units of dermal fillers, he used less than 3 for me and as I left his room to go go pay at the reception the lady told me I must pay 950 also I paid 50 deposit so they basically tried charging me 1000 after ruining my face. I told them The pricing on their website and what doctor Haq said so then they spoke like they are doing me a favour by charging me 750 + deposit. IT'S NOT EVEN THE MONEY I DON'T MIND PAYING THEM THOUSANDS IF IT WAS WORTH IT IN THE END, it's the fact that they ruin your face and then try charge you extra. PLEASEEEE PLEASEEE STAY AWAY WORST CLINIC WORST SERVICE AND DOCTORS IN LONDON.

I see Doctor Haq and Doctor Divya, they are both professional and talented, they go through every treatment in detail, and never make me feel like I have to have something done, Immediately. I have sent over 7 people to to the clinic and they have been very happy with the results. You can always have a follow up appointment if needed, sometimes not needed at all. Ive had a skin theory talk with Doctor Divya, and brought along my friends, very interesting and confirmed a lot about the products we need or dont need, the amounts we use. Shes so patient and kind. Shes given me skin peels, which are gentle and effective. I always look forward to my next appointment. Thank you!
