Disgraceful Company - I wouldnt recommend anyone considering using these !! At the beginning communication was good and quick responses as they took your money. Then as you make arrangements, they think its professional enough to text you the day before your appointment to state that it wont be going ahead. Third appointment later - finally got to see a consultant, there was a couple of people in waiting area and their experience wasn't encouraging. The consultant was honest and recommended me not to have them done as the veneares do come off and would need further trips down to London. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, trying to get a refund is impossible, I submitted a CCJ order to the company and the courts agreed for the money to be refunded, the company then emailed saying they have been having problems of some sort and then all contact stopped. 60 days plus later I am still waiting for my refund and cant communicate or get hold of anyone. I am reporting the company to trading standards. I am just glad I paid on my credit card, so I could go down that avenue to get my refund. ### Absolutely Disgraceful Company##### Stay away from them!!! You Do not need all the stress of trying to get your money back especially after their consultants advice not to get the treatment. Think he was the only honest person within the company.

Avoid at all costs. Ive been back to the clinic four times in one year for chipped teeth. Ive also had 15 canceled appointments for them. Ive rescheduled work arrangements to suit the appointments but yet 24 hours prior to my appointments they always get canceled. The dentist is always fobbing me off with there is a family emergency at the clinic. I mean how many family emergencies can one have? I will be going to trading standards.

They have cancelled my appointment twice now afew days before im meant to travel down you struggle to get an answer on the phone aswell
