I took my mother in law to the Apollo Hammersmith Apollo theatre on Friday she is unstable on her legs - and parking at the ParkBee site at the Hammersmith West Novotel made sense. I made a Reserved booking on the Friday morning and only got an email confirmation. I dont have my emails on my smart phone so I decided to book a second time and entered an email address that both myself and my partner would receive. This time we received both email and text notifications on this occasion allowing us to use the Access Page via both phone and email. At this point I have spent 28 x 2 = 56 I got to the car park and the barrier would not open when I pressed the access button on the text nor would it open when my partner tried via the email link. We were now pressed for time and I had no choice but to take a ticket at the barrier! After the show we figured the safest option was to pay the ticket and use that to leave the car park but your Pay Machine was broken!! Thankfully the barrier raised when we drove up to it but I wanted to let you know for all the gimmicks of the website / process / notifications . the system just didnt work and as a first experience of what you offer it will be my last.

So far terrible service! Booked and waited 6 hours for my confirmation email allowing me access to the car park. Office closed until 9. 00am tomorrow and Im due to park at 8.00am in the morning! Will cancel my booking if possible and use a different company

i dont have a clue who this company is but they have managed to take money from my bank not happy about it

Do not use!!! Couldn't get out of the car park as the link on the website, although it said would, didn't trigger the exit barrier. The 24/7 helpline is a joke, goes to voicemail. Had to drive up the entrance ramp in the end, luckily the barrier was up. Appalling company!!!
