        Worst customer service I have ever experienced in the luxury product market. The most rude and arrogant bunch of assistants. When asked to speak to manager you get ignored. Contrary to their claim of "our assistants are at your beck and call" trying to get a decent response is like trying to get blood out of stone. If you ever have to contact them for help following a purchase be prepared for disappointment! Never shopping here again!!
