There should be an option for 0 stars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They will find any excuse to not cover your product. Specifically I have a extended vehicle warranty. It was sold to me as it will cover the vehicle 100% as it's sits, there was an upgraded air intake which helps the vehicle preform better than from stock and the company that offers them guarantees it won't void a warranty, and they denied my claim that was for the fuel system which had nothing to do with air box and went one step further to void my drivetrain portion of the warranty. Fast forward 10 months and my door handle breaks, which is covered, but now they're denying that because they don't want to work with the shop I chose. In my contract it states they will work with any licensed shop of my choosing. They will look for any reason to not cover your product and I wish I had a time machine because this is easily one of the WORST companies I've ever dealt with. Also, good luck finding a shop that is willing to work with this company as they make the shop jumps through hurdles, which is why they leave it vague enough to state they will work with any shop of your choosing.

SCAM! SCAM! While doing a thorough check of my bank account and Direct Debits I realised that I had been paying for a "Service Agreement" from AssureGuard for several months. I contacted them and they said we had agreed over the phone to take out the service agreement with them. I asked for evidence of the phone call but they said they had destroyed it for GDPR purposes. The machine they say we agreed to insure does not exist and never existed. Trying to get my money back but they say because they have our account details we must have agreed to it buy their plan.

WARNING! it is my belief that this company pretended to be Domestic & General and duped me into renewing a policy with them. I have been paying a direct debit for over a year before I realised today when I needed to make a claim and checked with D&G what their direct debit reference was. It didn't match! Direct debit now cancelled. Be aware

Terrible company I had a policy for 18 months when I made a claim they told me they didnt cover my Miele washing machine my options were a refund on my policy or I had a choice of new machine all basic models compared to the one that I already had and they wanted me to pay an excess of between 120 &250 depending on which one I wanted offering no compensation on top of my refund. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE USELESS I wish I had read the reviews before I took out my policy
