        Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have ordered a pair of Nike joggers for my daughter on their website. They haven't sent me the item that I paid for and neither given me the refund. The order was placed ned of March and now we are in July and never heard back. I have spoken to their customer service team about 10 times and none of them had a clue on what needs doing. I still haven't received the item I've paid for or my refund...shocking! The have no clue about customer service at all. Don't ever order their website..spend your money somewhere else

        Worst customer service ever. They only know how to repeat the same thing over and over just to frustrate you enough to hang up. All deliveries via hermes never get delivered and now they are refusing to refund me
