        Horrendous, every time I call I get told an email is being sent to a supervisor. I call back daily and for 3 years I have had no reply. Avoid this company like the plaque!!!!

        Damien came to my house to plumb the sink and he was absolutely useless and a pain in the bum. A 20 min job took nearly an hour not to mention he would not shutup. In the end I just asked him to leave and he did thank god.

        Clueless,incompetent,inconsistent lies. Have had a major leak since October. and still ongoing, they either don't show up or if they do, they say another workman is required as they have no idea of what to do. They have managed to break my toilet and left a gaping hole behind my toilet which is exposed to the elements, all the pipes wind, dirt and dust. Can't believe that Westminster City council find these contractors acceptable.
