My friend's phone had decided to not turn on (it had all her travel photos, and messages and memories on it!) and the lovely man at the desk was so reassuring and helped clarify what was going on. He then took the phone in and said to come back in two hours. Later that afternoon the whole street was blocked off because of a police operation, so we anxiously waited to see if we could get in but the incredible lady with the green hair (legend) saw what she could do and sorted us out across the barrier line. We are so grateful. Kindest customer service ever.

Audio issues sorted. I read about an issue with iPhone 12 and 12 Pros. If you search for "iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Service Programme for No Sound Issues" You will find out about it. I booked to go to Amsys, unfortunately my phone had deep scratches and the lovely lady with blue hair advised that if I send it to Apple they may ask to replace the screen or unit first. However, she offered to clean the speaker parts first using an Apple-certified solution. 2 mins later and the sound was crystal clear. So it seems my phone does not suffer from a hardware fault afterall. Saved me time and money! Thanks for your wonderful service.

My iPhone wasnt charging and I had a flight to catch, walked in without an appointment and had my problem immediately assessed and resolved in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Sahara!

I had a problem with my iPhone charging. I tried cleaning out the port myself but I didn't work. They fixed my phone cleaning the port and the speakers within minutes and didn't charge anything. Amazing service!
