The diagnostic has been done in 5 minutes, problem was solved in less than 1 hour. I have been given the opportunity to use their facilities (computer available) whilst waiting. Real professional and efficient.

courteous and professional service; guys were really helpful; they explained everything they were doing and told me exactly what the problem was and even offered to fix my play station on the spot!

My 3 year old hp laptop was running really slow. They upgraded my hard drive to ssd. The laptop is running really fast. I recommend anyone needs an upgrade speak to creative it. Friendly and fast.
