The Klean Team

Horrible and a very frustrating experience with TheKleanTeam (TKT) - suggest you not to use their service! My interaction with them has been during my end of tenancy cleaning. In terms of the facts as to why my experience has been horrible - (1) their PRICES ARE 2-3 TIMES HIGHER compared to the other service providers (e.g. Cleaning Day or Fantastic Services). TKT was charging me 470 for my end of tenancy cleaning, when the other service providers quoted 198. The reason i ended up with them was i was roped into using their services incrementally, as you can see in point #3. (2) Their services were of POOR QUALITY. I had my inventory check lined up immediately after the cleaning was done. When i entered the house with the inventory agent, we found strands of hair and dirt on the floor. (3) Despite booking the cleaning A MONTH IN ADVANCE, I was asked 'if i have a carpet at home?' only at 12pm on the day of the cleaning (i.e., the last day of my tenancy contract). That is when i was told that i had to pay a 114 for carpet steam cleaning, as the amount paid for the 1bed 1bath (i.e., 190) was only for vacuuming. Whilst i am fine to pay a premium price for a quality-service. #3 was utterly frustrating. As a 'professional' services company, wouldn't the first step when booking a service be to check what the specifications of the house is: a simple question of 'do you have a carpet at home?' would have solved this problem. Unfortunately this was on the last day of my contract, and i was left with no other choice!!

I was struggling to find a cleaning company that delivers a great service with competitive prices. They (Klean Team) have been absoluetly 1st class - from initially providing a quote, and now completing the actual job. The staff were very professional and punctual ... two very important criteria's to me and my business when judging a sub contractor. They offer a hands on service ... meaning I had access to the decision makers (when I needed additional support). I would definitely use their services again ... very customer centric company !!

We use Klean Team and their Builder Cleans package. Our Building Team putting the work into a top quality refurbishment and then bringing in the Klean Team - means our work and end result is sparkling and fresh for the customers. Great people and Fantastic Job well done. A great collaboration.
