I usually check reviews before dining somewhere, sadly I didnt this time. The place is tiny and cozy, we were sat next to a guy working on a TV size screen, which was awkward. Breakfast items are incredibly overpriced (we are in soho, so ok) but: 1 bap pre made, taken from the display and toasted 2 eggs on a tiny slice of bread (like lidl multi seed one) with a thin spread of avocado with a pointless balsamic glaze and 2 drinks for 50 its not right. Plus you have to order at the counter and they charge 12.5% service charge (what for? If there is no service?) We have also been asked to pay cash, with no receipt issued. The taste was overall great but wouldnt go back.

Lovely coffee, the portions were just right. Good service and very nice staff, even tho they get very busy. Great experience overall

Seems to be 2 different cafs -- one where you'll be well served, food is good and staff attentive (looks to me it's their daytime, brunch incarnation), and another one where food and service are poor (in the evenings?) Looked cozy from the outside, but... music was far too loud and uninviting, staff seemed tired, and it might have been the worst coffee we had in London. Better than the bitterly cold weather outside, but just for a short stop.
