        I went to the branch in Primark Tottenham Court Road. Lovely place, very reasonably priced. Great selection. Comfortable atmosphere and seating. The only downfall was that there was only 2 members of staff, it wasn't that busy based on the fact that there was plenty of seating, however it was a bit of a wait for a cup of tea!

        Extremely poor customer service. They dint have half the things shown on the menu due to the lack of ice and the person serving seemed to be least worried. Will definitely not be going back in there.
