I came here to finally try their famous Noodles which I saw on social media platforms. The menu was a surprise, I came in here thinking that its one of those social media over hyped restaurants, but actually it has its unique range of sauces and ingredients that goes really well with the noodles. A touch of sweetness mixed with a balanced level of acidity, giving that nice tangy taste. More importantly it was numbly spicy! Which was great as its what I expect from a Authentic Xian dish. However, Im hugely disappointed with the noodles, it lacks the chewy texture I was expecting from a hand pulled noodles as it was probably over cooked. Also after few bites the sauce felt very flat like I needed to eat something else to mixed up the flavours in my taste bud, allowing me to go for seconds on the noodle dish. Overall, service was great, food was good and atmosphere was okay. Its the deep dish bowl that carried the atmosphere for me, its like seeing and eating noodle dish inside a fishbowl which gave that extra excitement.
