We started developing our franchise model at the beginning of 2020 with the help of Julie and Mash from The Franchise Company. As Franchise Consultants they are professional and knowledgeable - they have taken time to learn about our business and have made taking The Cat Butler into the franchising world a very easy transition with professional guidance at every step. Despite the COVID19 lockdown we launched our UK franchise in March 2020 and within a few months signed up our very first franchisee with more getting ready to come on board! It is a very exciting time for us but it would not have happened without the team at The Franchise Company. They have been superb throughout the whole journey and continue to be very supportive and encouraging and happy to help with any questions or concerns we have. The team at Franchise Company have been very easy to talk to, they have carefully listened to me throughout all the steps and communicated with me online which has made things easier. They respond to emails very quickly and have offered reassurance to take my time and have been patient with me knowing that I am busy with my own day to day business and at the same time appreciate my future vision that works at my pace. They have not put any pressure on me which is so important as this is not an investment to rush into.
