Asset space is a very good company to work with. They have a team of very professional individuals. We have a number of sites through them. Our company has grown with their cooperation. They are very helpful and always do their best to help you secure locations within good shopping centres. I only have good things to say about them. Amanda, Jessica, Sarah, Mark and the rest of the team are all a pleasure to work with. Thank you

Do not pay a single penny up-front to this business - they will insist on it for good reason. I run a marketing agency and on more than one occasion my team has found their service to be appalling when we have had to involve them in client campaigns. It is obvious why they ask for payment up-front as their client support is virtually nil and their attitude breathtakingly arrogant. They could not have been more problematic and less helpful to my team on more than one client campaign that, sadly, has had to involve dealing with them. We paid for a site recently only to turn up with centre management knowing nothing, as Asset Space had not briefed them, and found another vendor in our space. That was just the beginning. Without going into great detail, they have been rude and abusive to my team and repeatedly threatened to pull our stand and make no refund on the basis they can do as they wish due to their onerous terms of business. Only a day in, they threatened to do so simply because did not like it. They later pulled it for over a week, stating that they could do so for any reason, and were not prepared to refund us a penny. They behave as though they are a law unto themselves and it was painfully clear that the client comes last. Do not risk your client's campaign budget with this atrocious organisation.

Pease do not use this company. We paid for their services up front and from day one we had nothing but problems. Nobody showing up, nobody was contactable on the day of our set up, the shopping centre management had no idea we were going to be there and then we arrived to find another vendor in the spot we had paid for. The next day we had frankly abusive phone calls from them saying that they didn't like our display and it wasn't the correct size despite the fact we were told strictly to stay within the perimeters set out which of course we did. After they complained to us they didn't even bother to come back to us to tell us the issues were resolved. We even changed our display to keep them happy despite it not being agreed and we were still ignored. We then later had abusive phone calls over the weekend and were simply treated like dirt. We complained at the end of the agreement and not only were we not offered any refund but we didn't even get an apology. Shocking. Avoid at all costs!
