If I could give no stars I would. Just stopped 10 mins from Bristol (London to Bristol coach) as driver needs a 45 min break so a coach load of passengers on board wondering what to do. No customer service number to ring so just ring the main number and apparently out of their control. I understand that a driver needs a 45 min break but this should have been put into consideration when booking a coach on a Friday afternoon as traffic is always a nightmare. Bus was 40mins late to Baker Street picking up and was meant to be in Bristol for 3pm. Its now 4.20 pm and snap have said they will not get taxis or EVEN REFUND THE ORIGINAL TICKET. Now in a 16 taxi home.

Great service. Really cheap. Amazing customer service. Drop off points and speed are, in my opinion better than any other coach service in the UK. (Although I do only travel to and from Nottingham/London). Can't wait for them to expand!

Very good value for money. Coach was delayed on way to London from Cardiff which was a shame but bus itself was very nice and comfortable, plus driver was very apologetic! On way back next day on different coach, was a bit disappointing as driver as rude and the coach itself felt a bit more grotty and akin to the sort of coaches youd get on a school trip rather than on a premium service.
