If I could write minus stars, I would. I have received a voucher for this place as a graduation present and I could only use it for one drink (out of around 10 drinks I still have on the giftcard) before they 'shut down' all of their branches. I tried to contact these people on instagram to see about possible reopening but I was left ignored. Now the person that bought me the giftcard feels bad and I do even more as I cant use it!!!!!!! At least an answer would be nice, I will be contacting my friend to try to get a chargeback on this fraudelent purchase!!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST BUBBLE TEA SHOP IN THE UK (right after bubbleology that is)
