        Ive been going to JAB on and off for about six months. The facilities are first class. For someone whos not a natural boxer and finds fitness a struggle, its such a great, supportive environment. The workouts are a great way to burn calories, let out some stress, and build your overall fitness. The trainers are the best and really make a point of getting to know you on first name terms. Unpretentious but has a real east end boxing gym vibe about it, only on steroids. Try it!
