        Staff was so rude! We went in shopping for key rings, there wasn't a huge collection in store, which is fair enough. But the attitude shop assistant had was just terrible. After we decided which one to go for, she gave us a starched up gift box to put it in... and gave us a huge oversized carrier bag for a tiny box in the end. Wasn't helpful at all towards anything... The whole experience was just shockingly bad... I've shopped at BV around the world at multiple locations, would NOT recommend this one...

        Gorgeous shoes, even better assistants. Ben at the Old Bond street location was so helpful and kind. And Renata at the Heathrow T2 boutique went above and beyond for me. The Bottega Veneta team is one of a kind.

        Super rude and inefficient attitude. I wanted to pick up a pant I bought and had altered - told to wait outside - called the store to say I just want to pick up a pant and am in a hurry - got told to wait outside - the store isnt even that busy
