Truly awful customer service from Pearl. After a phone call which needed a simple answer, I was asked to text their number (I did). It took over a week to respond to a simple query about a leather repair service. I had to chase it up, this was after being asked questions about the order, as opposed to just answering yes/no/making a recommendation. For a company that has spent years in debt youd think customer service and retention would be a priority.
