        First time donating blood and I was terrified of the experience as I have a fear of needles and blood. All the staff were very friendly, kind and reassuring and helped me deal with the situation well, and I happily completed my first full blood donation. Special thanks to Vish for the patience and for staying there with me during the whole process.

The staff at this centre are consistently warm, professional, and genuinely caring, making every donation experience a pleasure. Upon arrival, the place was spotless and well-organized, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness and safety. The staff guided me through the donation process with ease, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. After donating, I was offered a variety of drinks and snacks to help replenish my energy levels. This thoughtful gesture not only showcases the centre's dedication to the well-being of their donors but also makes the experience more enjoyable. I cannot recommend the London West End Blood Donor Centre highly enough. Their exceptional staff and clean, welcoming environment make donating blood a rewarding experience.         Donated blood for the first time here today. I booked last minute as my local session cancelled on me. Staff were really nice and friendly, and were able to take a full donation despite my deep veins! Nice central location that's easy to get to as well
