Great service always and staff are lovely

I was so looking forward to my appointment at DryBy. I came from quite far just because I had been following them for some time and wanted something extra special for the Christmas holidays. They were on time and polite but made little effort in terms of any conversation, not sure if they were just tired as close to end of day but it was practically silent the whole time. When I asked their opinion on what they thought between possible options I was told its your nails which I get but also theyre professionals so input wouldve been appreciated. The manicure was fine but honestly nothing different was done to what I have elsewhere. I was also told they dont have diamonte for nail art but saw it elsewhere by other customers who tagged DryBy on Instagram. Three times I also asked for the nail art to start at the top but she started at the bottom. At that point I couldnt be bothered to correct her. It looked nice but after day 4 it started chipping. Nice place and they obviously do a good job based on Instagram but maybe thats for repeat or special customers. My manicurist didnt even say bye at the end. I went to collect my coat and shed already gone. I was in and out in under an hour. Unfortunately I wouldnt spend 70 again here. Shame as I was so excited for it. Service: Manicure

My second time getting a blowout by Leciann when I visit London and no complaints! Easy online booking, easy in and out. They give you a little book with some blowout styles to choose from. I was in and out in no time looking fresh!
