I noticed that they didn't disinfect the trimmer before using it on my head, and they didn't disinfect it after using it (it would be used on someone afterwards I would suppose). Hence one star. Let's just hope that I didn't contract any virus. About haircut, they couldn't exactly do what I wanted but at least they didn't completely ruin my hair so it wasn't too bad. I don't blame UK barbers, they just can't do hairstyles from other countries.
