I have been coming to this branch every week. This is Unbelievable How little staff is working in there. Every week i have had the same problem with waiting time. It is ridiculous to wait more than 20 to do deposit/ or wait for someone to help you with your account. Could you Please add more staff to the branch? Corona happened 3 years ago, so giving excuse with corona should already be gone. there are more people coming to London, and people do things in person rather than online so i believe you should be fine with your labour and help the staff cause they are working well too hard and its not good for them to make them stressed when u have 20 people in the queue and only 2 staff at the cashier desk.
