        I was heartbroken to find out that Barclays is the worst culprit in funding the fossil fuel industry in the whole of Europe!! The planet is teetering on the edge of climate catastrophe and Barclays seems to be doing all it can to drive this! Ive switched my account, it was actually really easy. There are many ethical banks out there!

        I had an absolutely wonderful experience today with Jasmine, who was not only super helpful but also very kind. Left the branch with a genuine smile on my face. I wish every trip to the bank was as efficient and pleasant as this one.

        Worst bank and branch every when you come to serious problems, they can just freeze your accounts for protection and I arrived to branch within working hours to prove my id and they say they can not help me!! I am left with frozen cards, who cares right sorry we cant help! So who can?!! Worst honesty!
