Masthaven Bank Limited

We had a mortgage with masthaven and it came up for renewal. They fraudulently lied stating they were no longer doing mortgages and sold our fixed term mortgage to a credit agency. We are now stuck in a flexible rate credit agreement which isn't even a mortgage that goes up by 1% every month. We now worry we can't afford it because its increased by 500 a month in 5 months. If we knew this was going to happen we would never have gone with them. My husband has just struggled through cancer and now we have to deal with this ever increasing amount worrying we may loose our home AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Pleasant people to talk to and thats why they got a star had 50 k on deposit at the end of the term had to re apply as a new customer and like another review I could not verify my nominated bank account .I was having to put all the info in I put in a year ago .cant understand why I have to re apply and put in all the info they have already in file.got really frustrated and rang them for help only tho get An email wanting verified signature and address .rang today and the answer repeatedly was re apply and I explained I could not as it will not verify my bank details only option was to close the account and he happily explained the process very disappointed
