        The staff at The Bank of East Asia are so incompetent. There is a severe lack of communication amongst the staffs, so a simple request that should take a couple of hours will take them over a week if you are lucky! The staff at the counters have bad attitude and are just so miserable. Come on now, it doesnt hurt to be polite!

        Never answer the phone, just keeps reading. Oddly short opening hours. In-person abs remote customer service is subpar.
