The general customer service is terrible and they were not understanding the service I needed. They don't know the difference between account number and reference number which made the whole process confusing for the people on the line. I still have to wait a few days before they process my request.

worst service, never answer phone call or email. if you lucky to get through then relevant person is always missing, been customer for years still blocked my app despite all the paper work which was provided three times, very frustrating...
