        Poor experience so far. Cant speak on the phone, automated voice reply they are too busy. I had two accounts. They eventually rang me asking which account to shut, told them and they didnt do it. I then email with a reply asking which account to shut. Told them even pointing out shut the one with NO MONEY in it. They then shut the one with all the money in it. Poor communication via email, phone and poor banking skills. Initially thought my money was gone. Probably have to wait three days for a reply, if Im lucky. Wouldnt recommend to anyone right now.
