The manager and the staff were really nice and super kind. They know what theyre doing. Special mention to Stefan, he was really helpful. Unlike the guy in the Cashier. Not professional at all. Ill give 5 stars just because of how helpful Stefan and the manager were. Thumbs down for the other guy.

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unprofessional behaviour of one of your employees, Mrs Katy, during my recent visit to your bank. I believe that her conduct was highly inappropriate and disrespectful, which has caused me considerable distress and inconvenience. On 27th Mar I visited your branch to discuss my account and some related issues. I was received by Mrs Katy, who attended to me in a highly unprofessional manner. She was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from the very beginning. Despite my repeated attempts to seek her assistance, she ignored my requests and seemed disinterested in my concerns. Moreover, when I asked her to provide me with some clarification on a particular issue, she responded in a condescending and sarcastic tone, which was both offensive and hurtful. Her overall demeanour was hostile and unsympathetic, which left me feeling insulted and humiliated. As a customer of your bank, I believe that I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Mrs Katy's behaviour was completely unacceptable and goes against the values of your organisation. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution of this matter, and I request that you take appropriate action against Mrs Katy for her unprofessional conduct. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter thoroughly.
