I had appointment in this bank to process my current account application and lady met me in reception named Rey Sanghera. I brought driving licence as ID and credit card statement as proof of address but she asked me to show her my credit card as well, which I didn't has in my pocket on that time. My question is that why she needed my credit card to scan when I brought original credit card statement? In result of that she cancelled my appointment which was totally unfair.
