My girlfriend was rudely spoken to here and threatened to have her card account blocked due to not wanting to sign for a signature because they don't have it on their systen. There was no need for her to sign for as she has been with them for over 10 years and should have this information from the start. I'd give feedback as a customer to make all branches automated as they are a waste of time with the low level service from the people (almost 40 mins waiting) for a simple exchange. He kept a hold of her letters even though ID was shown. The person named was Mohammed Chaudhry, absolutely disgraceful service for Bond Street, I would fire him immediately or we will move our business elsewhere.

At lunch time, the 3 staff were Helpful and patient. Not just to me. They explained the closing of many branches. And the shift towards technology.
