I am an experienced cook/baker and usually make everything from scratch. The gluten free and Vegan mix caught my eye and I thought I'd give it a go as I was a little pressed for time. These are the worst pancakes I have ever tasted, they just taste like pure sugar, but unfortunately now being Vegan is trendy this seems the standard, pack food full of sugar and salt. The mix also contains cinnamon which is sweet enough as it is, so there really was no need to add sugar other than to sell it to unhealthy people who want to say they are Vegan. The mix itself was not good either, I make pancakes a few times a year every year and get perfect pancakes from scratch each time, these fall apart when flipping. The only way to make them stay together when flipping is to slightly burn them. All together awful product.

I received different packages as gifts. Normally I always bake myself and never use baking mixes. I tried the brownie mix today. I have to say very disappointing. I find the taste very artificial and way to sweet.
