Firstly, the team has noticed a major planning mistake made by a previous planner, prior too work commencement. Compensated the loss of space by quality and bespoke design, much appreciated by surveyors and inspectors, making the HMO loft conversion one of its kind in the area.
Also, the team has successfully overridden a previously refused planning permission for a three flats conversion from 5 bed HMO. They've promptly communicated with the local authority and liaised with us, making sure that all areas were covered to obtain an approval for the development. Thank you.
