Go Assist

Really bad they took money off me and I had to phone up daily to get it back. They said they paid it back but my bank said no they didn't. I eventually got it back after 11 days. They are affiliated with Big Warranties. They take about 50 mins to answer the phone everytime and twice someone answered and hung the phone up straight away so I had to phone up again for 50 mins. I also had employees put me on hold for 15 mins and then disconnect from me. I wouldn't use them again.

Paid 130 for someone to come and fix my fan extractor in the kitchen. He came for 5 minutes. Told me it was broken and then left. Not very useful information. Said hed get a spare part to come back and fix it. A week later he cant find the spare part and go assist closed the case. So basically spent 130 for someone to tell me what I already knew and not repair it. Now Ill have to call another company to actually repair the problem. Should be ashamed of themselves. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

Do not use this company! They we great at calling back to get you signed up and take your money, but then the engineer turns up and cancels because he couldn't find parking without speaking with me. I could have got him a space if I had known he'd cancel and it would cost me another 89 to get someone out almost a week later! Massive inconvenience and a lack of appetite to do right by me as their new client. Also no one to speak to at complaint, they all hide behind an email. Service: Washing machine repair

Do not ring these people. Even when you refuse their services because of the extortionate prices, they will not stop calling you. Sometimes they call 2-3 times a day. On my blacklist so they are wasting their time. Idiots!!
