The service is bad and the staff is watching you as you take things from one drawer to another, and there is no respect, frankly, the staff needs more training

Concierge service very poor, They need more training. Poor customer service unprofessional they never help you, if you have too many luggage and bags.just watching you. I hope the manager to watch a CCTV.
