Cancelled two years in a row and they don't give you back your booking fee. Not sure if they are a genuine company, I'd avoid them in future.

Would go for 0 stars if i could, booked for Swindon on the 21st of May, they moved it to Bristol, i booked the afternoon off work in order to make it on time and they re-booked it AGAIN to October in Bristol at short notice . . . why even take money for something you don't plan on doing? requested a refund and will see what happens, wouldn't bother booking with these guys though

Won't refund my money and won't offer me another time/date - very poor customer service. I bought tickets for my sons birthday treat not realising it was for 2.30pm and my boys are at school at that time??? They are quick to take money!!!

Wouldn't even give one star! I supposedly won a competition for a "group" V. I. P experience at the Redcar screening. After waiting two weeks for information, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me!! This week held an important anniversary for my family and we were really excited to use this prize to celebrate it. I'm extremely disappointed but have luckily been able to make arrangements else where. Why run competitions if you are not going to uphold your end of the prize. Absolute waste of time!! And After reading the other reviews here, I am now not surprised
