Made a reservation on Friday for Saturday morning. Driver did not show up. Called their office, the guy on the phone said they received no notification of the reservation despite the fact I had a CONFIRMATION EMAIL sitting in my inbox complete with a reference number. Guy on the phone was: A) Totally unhelpful B) Unaware that an established business has a reputation to deliver on its services. A meek apology doesn't mean anything when I'm waiting ay an airport to be picked up. I then asked for compensation on my ride (I was still actually prepared to use them, imagine) and he says that it's out of his hands. Crazy right. In any case at this point i was just p*ssed off and wanted to get somewhere so I accept that I'll have to wait for him to dispatch a new car. The price he quoted me was actually half the price I paid online, for the same destination and same type of car (estate) which raised more than a few eyebrows but was happy to pay less. When the car eventually did turn up (in 20min not the 10min he said) it was actually nice and the driver was polite, professional and friendly. Lovely guy. My issue is with Redwoods. -Their system is broken as it didn't get my booking -Their Saturday guy has no concept of responsibility -Their actual prices are half way their website quotes you Interested to see what they come back with to this review, the only thing that will suffice is an apology and to admit they screwed up. Its all water under the bridge now. Service: Limousines

Long story short the best price among all local taxis and uber ,freenow and bolt They were nice and responsive Thanks guys till next time

Having tried many cab services these guys are 1st class. Reliable service at a reasonable price. I cannot fault them at all and highly recommend them.

Great cab firm.... Its like the csbs u got in the 80s and 90's. I cant rate a cab firm higher.. Lets keep this business alive.. They really are a dying breed.... Frigg uber.. And as a woman who uses cabs all the time ive never had a problem with redwoods... They are so genuine caring and compassionate.. If u ever disappointed after reading my review il pay the cab myself.... #teamredwood
