      • Enigma

        No customer care at all. It's only by chance I found out they had done a class 2 drug recall. I wasn't told about this even thou I take the medication in question 5 times a day. Tried calling and emailing.... No response! Awful service.

        Totally agree with the previous reviewer Ferring Pharmaceuticals have no customer service whatsoever - they either couldn't care less or they are totally incapable incompetent !

        I have tried to get a response from this company for 6 weeks now and in spite of many emails and several phone calls they have not bothered to deal with my request, leaving me with the impression they simply do not care/ are poorly organised as far as customer service is confirmed.
