        I found Jack to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and willing person, who explained things clearly, and what he said he was going to do. But I also want to make special mention of how he took into consideration my mums wellbeing. She is an elderly, vulnerable person who could easily be hoodwinked by a callous tradesperson, so I needed reassurance from Jack about how we could manage and report any work that needed to be done. He was patient and communicated brilliantly with me and my mum, without being patronising. I would recommend Jack without hesitation. Service: Rodent extermination
