It's not a huge high Street chain. It's a smaller store front. More inviting and less clinical looking. The staff are all, very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The optometrist was patient, very polite, answering all my questions. Explaining every process and what what she was looking for. I was told I needed reading glasses. Finally another staff member helped me select some glasses. Clearly stating the price bands. No hard sell and no rush to get me out of the door. Took my time and tried on multiple glasses multiple times before finally making my selection. Can only recommend this store.

My 13 year old broke his glasses and this opticians book him an emergency eye sight the very same day. Furthermore, I was expection the glasss in a week but they had them ready in 2 days. Hightly impressed and recmmended.
