It was a pleasure to meet Jamie Henderson from the Oakwood Estates West Drayton office earlier in April. He visited my one bedroom flat and provided me with an honest opinion and valuation. He has clear knowledge of the local property market and area. No question was too much trouble to ask and as a new landlord thats reassuring. I was guided through the process of letting step by step and provided with excellent tips and literature. Thank you Jamie, a great asset to your organisation. When my next property becomes available I'll be letting it through Oakwood Estates.

Very unprofessional service demonstrated by the agent Raaj, who was not aware of the basic characteristics of the apartment (i.e. sun orientation, number of tenants in the house, council tax amount ). He could not show me the apartment I was mean to rent because the tenant was not there or not willing to show us the place. Picture does not meet the reality and the surrounding area of the apartment visited was just disgusting.
