        Paid 5000 deposit to have work done for a building extension, no work was ever done despite being told when workers and materials would arrive. Scam, avoid.

        Avoid making any type of contract with Smart Building Solutions the owner Scott Smith is a scammer and a cowboy builder I gave him a whole house renovation project which he failed to complete and breached the contract. He has taken 48000 of my money and left the house in a very unsafe conditions. Please stay away from this company and the cowboy builders he hires to do the work for him.

        AVOIDDD, the owner of this company promises to carry out work but he is a scammer. He will take your money and run. Our house has been left in a dangerous condition, he has stopped responding to calls, messages, emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
