02 Sept 2022. Area is nice. The conceriege (around 5:20pm) was very rude. And was swearing in front of my young child. I don't want him to lose his job, but i definitely recommend training on basic manners. His job (as conceriege), his main objective, is to be nice and helpful. He definitely wasn't.

Comfy n quiet Stayed here with family of two teenagers for a night due to it conveniently located near Heathrow airport about 3.3 miles away. Theres a good sense of safety and security around the area. Quiet and 3 minutes walk to a local grocery shop that sells fresh and dry food items. Far from Central London but transportation links are within walking distance as well. Amenities were good. Fairly clean facilities. Free parking and WiFi. Good value for money I guess. I paid 90 for 4 for the night. The apartment has 2 bedrooms where 2 could sleep in each. Nice leaving area with TV and a semi equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, induction hob with oven. Four stars due to the utensils and cookware need upgrading and no dining table n chairs but breakfast table could be used. Theres also a gym thats free of charge during your stay. The receptionist Raza was friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place. Id be looking to book again if and when in London.
