Significant room for improvement, Immersion heater was always on with solar hot water; just wasting energy.
There were just simple things missing in the house for the cost (like a potato masher).
The fridge vegi tray was broken, just left loose on the surface
Lock on the downstairs bathroom door was broken
The bedroom shower door didn't close.
TV had no channels but they did get an engineer round to repair
For a small family it's not friendly. It's better aimed at 10+ as the house is not kid friendly, there are open ponds in the grounds too, with no fences.
Did not feel like value.
