Ridiculous.
Could not even do a cream tea.

When we did get served, the cream tea we had was very disappointing. The scone was chewy (I assume they have been frozen).
The building has so much potential, but it feels very dated and actually a bit dirty, the toilets are in a terrible state and need some TLC and repair.
Lovely setting and the service, although slow, very pleasant.

Good place for a meal that won't excite you but won't disappoint, at not a bad price with a lovely view. Service was fast and efficient, but I think a re train on the servers would be a good idea. basic things like not putting ice into my drink and not taking our plates from the table etc...
